Product introduction:1. Furnace wall automatic type is suitable for float glass line glass kiln and horseshoe glass kiln.
2. Probe hood enter furnace wall when angle of view less than 45°.
3. Probe hood use stainless steel materials,with good corrosion resistance.
4. Special dust proof design, the lens does not gather dust.
5. Special water cooling, under the condition of poor water quality can normally use.
6. The high temperature pinhole zoom lens is ourselves develop and product, horizontal resolution is greater than 2.0 million pixels, under no cooling condition, it can withstand 350 degree celsius.
7. Probe hood can enter and exit automatically. 
8. Using high-temperature air cylinder, with good reliability.
9. When water cooling or power supply have unforeseen circumstances, probe hood can exit automatically.
10. In the central control room or at site can control the equipment to enter and exit.
11. By DCS can control the equipment to enter and exit.
12. Using manual zoom high temperature pinhole lens can satisfy different furnace, different product requirements.
13. Using electric zoom high temperature pinhole lens can remote control the size and the clarity of image.

Main function Probe will exit:1.Temperature of the hood rises above 55℃.
2.Compressed air input pressure below 0.3MPa.
3.Cooling water input flow is less than 5L/min.
4. Power is cut off.
5.Control room or control device of site send out exit signal.
